I currently pratice counselling and therapy privatly as well as in various social services agencies.
I help my clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues among them anxiety, anger issues, depression, lack of confidence and low self esteem, relationship problems, addiction, domestic violence, sexual identity, isolation and withdrawal, stress and traumatic experiences.

I receive regular supervision for my work.
I initially studied economics and finance and I started working in the finance area in Paris.
Later in life I decided to embark on a journey of self-development and went back to university to study Counselling and Psychotherapy. Becoming a counsellor became a natural goal.
I qualified with a BSc (hon) as a counsellor after training at Roehampton University.
My course is accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy www.ukcp.org.uk through Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association www.upca.org.uk
I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk
