I help my clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues among them anxiety, anger issues, depression, lack of confidence and low self esteem, relationship problems, addiction, domestic violence, sexual identity, isolation and withdrawal, stress and traumatic experiences.
A session usually lasts 50 minutes and your commitment is essential . I will offer you a regular appointment but can also be flexible. Sometimes, depending on the work you want to do and how you feel we may decide together that two sessions a week would be useful.
